The Challenges Faced
The Cold Start Problem presents two primary challenges:
New User Cold Start
When a new user joins a recommender system, there is a lack of information about their preferences, purchase history, or interactions. Solving the Cold Start Problem
Addressing the Cold Start Problem is crucial for recommender systems to enhance user satisfaction, boost sales, and promote the discovery of new items. Several strategies and techniques have emerged to tackle this challenge:

One approach to tackle the Cold Start Problem is to rely on the characteristics of the items themselves. This can help create comprehensive user profiles, enabling a better understanding of individual preferences and overcoming the Cold Start Problem.
