Linda Simmons, a telemarketer specializing in insurance sales, shares one such heartwarming story. "I once spoke to a single mother who was struggling to find affordable health insurance. After carefully understanding her situation and needs, I was able to find her a plan that fit within her tight budget. Hearing her gratitude and relief made me realize the value we bring beyond mere sales," explains Simmons.

Alexander Johnson, a former telemarketer, sheds light on some questionable practices he encountered during his time in the field.
